The SEACEN Board of Governors (BOG)

The SEACEN Board of Governors (BOG) is the highest policy-making body. The SEACEN BOG members consist of governors of all member banks. The Chairman of the SEACEN BOG is elected for a one-year term. The SEACEN BOG Meeting is held once a year, in conjunction with the SEACEN Governors Conference. The member bank takes turn to host the SEACEN BOG Meeting and Conference.

Following the decision at the 21st SEACEN Board of Governor Meeting on 26 June 2002, the SEACEN BOG will decide on the following matters, upon recommendation by the SEACEN EXCO:

  • Appointment of Executive Director of The SEACEN Centre;
  • Ratification of budget and programme of activities;
  • Admission of new members and observers to The SEACEN Centre; and
  • Any other matters of strategic importance to The SEACEN Centre.
