This annual Meeting will be held to: (i) review the progress of implementation of SEACEN strategic direction and discuss future initiatives; review the progress of activities and budget for the current operating year; and direction and implementation; (iii) approve the proposed programme of activities, budget and other operational matters of The SEACEN Centre for the forthcoming operational year; and (iv) discuss matters and policies of strategic importance to The SEACEN Centre to be recommended to the SEACEN Board of Governors. The Meeting will be preceded by a one seminar on a topic to be identified in consultation with the EXCO.
