Taking a risk-based approach, this Intermediate Course aimed to enable participants to apply international standards and best practices to enhance safety and efficiency of major payment and settlement systems (PSS).

Target Group: A total of 34 participants representing 15 institutions attended the Course and comprised middle-level or technical staff in PSS operations, policy, oversight, risk profiling and management, or IT supervision.

Resource Person

The faculty of resource persons comprised technical experts and senior officials from The SEACEN Centre, European Central Bank, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, Bank of Thailand, Bank Negara Malaysia, The Bank of Korea, SWIFT, CLS, Reserve Bank of India and Bank of Japan.
