Kathleen is a former central banker and markets supervisor who has been instrumental in globalising interbank currency, securities, and secured finance markets. As a founder member of the Systemic Risks Studies Group at the New York Fed, she brings a career-long perspective to analysing interdependencies and contagion. Having built bank failure scenarios into global payment and settlements, she offers insights on possible regulatory responses and risk management.
