The SEACEN Centre, the Asean+3 Macroeconomic Research office (AMRO), the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) and Asian Development Bank Institute (ADBI) successfully jointly organized the third Financial Leadership Training program (FLTP) in Hong Kong on August 19 – 22 2025.
 

The program saw a record cohort of 40 senior officials from the central banks, ministries of finance and regulatory institutions in ASEAN+3 economies as well as India, Nepal and Sri Lanka.
