(SP04) Credit Planning in the SEACEN Countries by Gerardo S. Tison

This paper gives a general account of the efforts of SEACEN countries in rationalizing the flow of credit into various sectors or activities. Except for Singapore where the sectorial allocation of credit has been left to market forces the various techniques of credit planning adopted by the other seven SEACEN countries are discussed.
