Distinguished Panelists were Mr. Diwa C Guinigundo, Deputy Governor of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, Dr Jose De Gregorio of the Peterson Institute for International Economics, and Dr. Frederico Sturzenegger, Professor of Economics at the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, Argentina.
