BANK NEGARA MALAYSIA HOSTS
8th SEACEN EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE (EXCO) MEETING
The 8th SEACEN EXCO Meeting was hosted by Bank Negara Malaysia and held in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia, on 22 January 2010. The Meeting was presided by Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Dr. Zeti Akhtar Aziz, Governor of Bank Negara Malaysia and Chairman of the SEACEN EXCO. Deputy Governors/Assistant Governors or equivalent representatives from 16 SEACEN member central banks and monetary authorities as well as senior officials of The SEACEN Centre attended the Meeting which was held approve the Centre’s programme of activities and budget for Operating Year 2010/11. The Meeting was preceded by the SEACEN EXCO Seminar on Central Bank Challenges in Emerging Market Economies in the Post Crisis Era.
