At the recent SEACEN EXCO Meeting held in Thailand, the Keynote Speech was delivered by Dr. Duvvuri Subbarao, a former Governor at the Reserve Bank of India and currently the Distinguished Visiting Research Fellow at the Institute of South Asian Studies (ISAS) at the National University of Singapore.
