Dr. Dongkoo Chang, who has commenced his leave from 16 March 2015, will complete his term as the SEACEN Director of Research and Learning Contents on 2 May 2015.
During his 3-year tenure at SEACEN, Dr. Chang enhanced research initiatives which included high-level research seminars for SEACEN Directors, Deputy Governors and Governors; just-in-time high-level seminars; and, joint and collaborative research with member central banks and subject matter experts. To enhance visibility of its brand, he also initiated the SEACEN Working Paper Series where selected papers were submitted to reputable peer-reviewed journals. He had also expanded research initiatives through the platform for the SEACEN Expert Group on Capital Flows (SEG).
