The 61st SEACEN Governors’ Conference was held on 28th October 2025, ahead of the 45th Meeting of the SEACEN Board of Governors (BOG) in Bali, Indonesia, hosted by Bank Indonesia. The theme of this year’s Governor’s Conference was “Asian Financial Integration to Navigate Geoeoconomic Shifts: Unlocking Growth and Innovation“.
Dr Park’s opening remarks was followed by Mr Perry Warjiyo, Governor, Bank Indonesia’s keynote speech, and by special guest speaker Prof. Barry Eichengreen from UC Berkeley who delivered a virtual address titled “Macroeconomic Risks and Regional Integration: The Monetary Dimension“.
