The 17th SEACEN-BIS High-Level Seminar was held on 25 September 2025, ahead of the 24th SEACEN Executive Committee (EXCO) Meeting in Seoul, Korea, hosted by The Bank of Korea (BOK). The theme of the High-Level Seminar was “Central Banking amid Heightened Global Uncertainty”.
Mr Jongwoo Park, Deputy Governor of the BOK delivered his opening remarks, followed by Dr Cynyoung Park, Executive Director of The SEACEN Centre, and by Mr Tao Zhang, the Chief Representative for the Asia and the Pacific, from the Bank for International Settlements (BIS).
